Job summary

ETS Vision in Cary, NC, is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our premier eye care practice. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation structure with a $190,000 base salary or 16% of revenue, whichever is higher, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends required.

Qualifications

OD degree from an accredited school.
Active license to practice optometry in North Carolina.
Strong diagnostic skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and contact lens fittings.
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders (glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy).
Co-manage pre- and post-operative care with local ophthalmology partners.
Communicate with patients regarding eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with an experienced support team of technicians and opticians.
