Job description

Join an established optometry practice in the Longview, TX area. 4 day work week which is considered full time at this practice Seeing 15-17 patients per day on average. Office is open Monday-Friday no weekends. Doctors at this practice make anywhere between $180,000 -$220,000 and have amazing benefits including 4 weeks vacation. These offices support full-scope primary care optometry in a positive and supportive environment. Some travel required but only in the area. Beginning in 2027, this practice will launch one of the first optometry owned surgical programs in the state. Any applicants with an interest in laser and cataract procedures should have the opportunity to work within the surgery center. In addition, the practice has a strong equity track that creates the opportunity for ownership in all four optometric offices, our associated med spa, and the surgical program.
