Job summary

Center For Sight in Fort Myers and Naples, FL, seeks a full-time Optometrist to join a busy, integrated OD/MD practice. You will diagnose and manage a broad range of ocular conditions while collaborating closely with ophthalmologists.

This role offers a highly incentivized compensation plan with a guaranteed base initially, sign-on bonus, and a path to total compensation well over $200,000. Florida has no state income tax, and you will join a growing, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school or college of optometry.
• Eligible for or currently holds a Florida optometry license.
• Board certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of ocular conditions in a high-volume setting.
• Co-manage care with ophthalmologists and provide post-procedural care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary eye care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Education

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry

Florida optometry license (eligible or holding)

Board certification preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
