Job summary

VSP Ventures in Turlock, CA is seeking a licensed Optometrist to join a high-tech, patient-focused practice. You will provide comprehensive eye care, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and guide patients in eyewear selections using cutting-edge equipment.

We offer a full-time Monday–Friday schedule (8 am–5 pm), competitive base pay plus a production bonus, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• OD degree with California licensure; new grads encouraged.
• 1–3 years of clinical optometry experience; current knowledge of optometric technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver outstanding patient service and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care for two to three patients per hour.
• Utilize advanced equipment (Optos Daytona, Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT, TRS-5100) for precise eye tests.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver best eyecare and eyewear solutions.
• Work full-time Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; new graduates welcome to apply.
