Eye To Eye Careers in Fairmont, MN is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a group that values each doctor’s voice. The role offers a $150,000 base salary, bonuses, a $10,000 relocation allowance, and a sign-on bonus, along with medical, life and disability coverage.

The incumbent will perform primary care with medical billing, set their own patient schedule (15, 20, or 30 minute exams), and enjoy PTO, holiday pay and CE tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have an OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Must have completed all sections of the NBEO exam.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

About the position:

We are on the lookout for a Full‑Time Optometrist to join a well-established group in the Fairmont, MN, area, 32 Hours is considered full‑time with benefits.

Open to Part‑Time Optometrists as well.

Our next Doctor will do primary care with medical billing and set own patient schedule to choose between 15, 20 or 30 minutes exam slots.

Both new graduates and experienced Optometrists are encouraged to apply!

All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.
