Job summary

Eyes On Eyecare in Johnstown, CO, a family-owned private practice serving Northern Colorado, seeks an optometrist to join two ODs, three technicians, and ten front-desk staff. We see 15–20 patients daily, with two exam lanes and advanced tech like Autorefractor, NCT, Daytona Optos, and OCT.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose ocular disease, prescribe lenses, provide pre- and post-operative care, counsel patients, and maintain records in Crystal PM EMR.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and valid state license.
• Strong professionalism and ethics in the workplace.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease.
• Prescribe corrective lenses.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients.
• Counsel and educate patients on vision health.
• Maintain detailed patient records using Crystal PM EMR.
• Handle eyecare emergencies.
