Job summary

Eyes On Eyecare in Eastpointe, MI is seeking a part-time or full-time Optometrist to deliver full-scope optometry services. The role includes primary care, medical care for glaucoma and retinal conditions, and pre/post-operative nursing care.

A sign-on bonus is offered and mentorship for new grads is available. Schedule typically runs 9-6 with occasional late nights; offices support state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree required or pending.
• Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending).
• Exceptional clinical skills and patient-centered attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care optometry and some medical care (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts).
• Prescribe ophthalmic medications as needed.
• Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care.
