Eyes On Eyecare in Stevens Point, WI seeks a Doctor of Optometry for both full-time and part-time practice. The role includes primary care, management of glaucoma, and other ocular diseases, plus perioperative care.

Licensed or eligible OD, strong clinical skills, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential. The practice offers mentoring for new graduates and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree with licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Candidate should be a team player with excellent clinical skills and a patient‑centered attitude.
• Willingness to support a fast-paced, multi-office environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary optometric care including management of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts.
• Prescribe ophthalmic medications and participate in pre- and post-operative care.
• Mentor newer ODs through our new grad mentorship program.

• Do what you love - We are looking for a full-time long-term optometrist eager to practice full-scope optometry. As an OD in our practice, you can anticipate providing primary care, some medical care such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts prescribing ophthalmic medications, and pre- and post-operative surgical care.

• A well-equipped office - Our practices are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments such as optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, visual fields, iCare Tonometry, and digital phoropters or are in the process of being updated with these technologies.

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule - Our offices are open Monday to Saturday and are closed Sun. The typical schedule is 9-6 with 1 late night per week.

What You’ll Need
