Eye To Eye Careers in Watertown, Wisconsin seeks a Full-Time Optometrist to float between Whitewater and Watertown offices. The role offers 4–5 days with benefits, a $150,000 base salary plus bonuses, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will perform primary care, manage medical billing, and set their own patient schedule with 15/20/30 minute exam slots. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• OD degree from accredited optometry school is required.
• Licensed to practice optometry in good standing.
• Successful completion of all NBEO exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care and medical management.
• Handle medical billing related to patient visits and procedures.
• Set and optimize patient schedules with 15/20/30 minute exam slots.
• Float between Whitewater and Watertown offices as needed.
• Work full-time (4–5 days) with benefits.

About the position:

We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Optometrist to join a well established group in Watertown, Wisconsin.

• Full Time Float Position
  • Float between offices
    • Whitewater and Watertown
  • 4-5 days full time with benefits
• Our next Doctor will do primary care with medical billing and set their own patient schedule to choose between 15, 20 or 30 minutes exam slots.
• Both new graduates and experienced Optometrists are encouraged to apply!

All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.
