Eyes On Eyecare is seeking an Optometrist (OD) for full-time or part-time roles in Chippewa Falls, WI. The practice offers primary and some medical eye care, with access to advanced diagnostic tools and a strong mentorship culture.

We value team players with excellent clinical skills, license to practice optometry, and a patient-first attitude. Schedule typically 9-6 with one late night per week, and offices open Monday to Saturday, with competitive salary and production-based incentives.

Qualifications

• OD degree and state license to practice optometry required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometry including primary care and some medical care (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts).
• Prescribe ophthalmic medications and participate in pre-/post-operative care.
• Mentorship program available for new grads; flexible to support office needs.
