What you’ll do

• Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams in accordance with the company’s protocol and standards of care
• Provide a great eye exam experience and communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice to patients
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients
• Act as a representative for our brand and help educate and excite others to establish us as a leading eye care provider

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes not only a competitive base salary/hourly rate but also variable compensation for eligible employees. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

For applicable postings, non‑exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
