You will diagnose vision problems, develop treatment plans, and document medical history while reporting to the VP of Optometric Services. We offer strong earning potential with a pay range of $180K–$200K annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• State optometry license in good standing.
• Strong interest in working with children.
• Ability to acquire Medicaid Provider number and NPI number.
