Eye To Eye Careers is seeking an optometrist for a sublease opportunity in Alliance, Ohio. The role offers a flexible schedule and a 4- to 5-day work week with a new-grad incentive. The position includes optician duties, equipment use, pre-testing, medical billing, marketing support and IT support.

All states require optometrists to be licensed; the ideal candidate should have an O.D. degree and NBEO completion. This contract opportunity is designed for independent practice within a group setup.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Must have completed NBEO exams.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide optometry services under a sublease arrangement.
• Assist with pre-testing and patient flow.
• Support medical billing, marketing, and IT under the practice.
• Operate retinal imaging and exam equipment as part of patient care.
