• Doctor of Optometry (OD) accredited by the Council of Optometric Education required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain current, unrestricted Idaho OD license.
• A minimum of 2 years in practice is required.
• Prior experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current and active license to practice Optometry in the State of Idaho.
• Provides full scope medical eye care and optometric services in coordination with the Medical team.
• Consults with other medical staff and supports integrated care.
• Completes patient documentation accurately and timely.
