Job summary

Appleton Eye Associates in Newburyport, MA, is seeking an Optometrist to join its community-focused team delivering comprehensive eye care across multiple locations. New grads or experienced ODs are encouraged to apply for flexible part- or full-time opportunities.

You’ll perform routine exams, contact lens fittings, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management, dry eye therapy, and use advanced imaging and testing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist in Massachusetts (TPA certification preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking in a busy clinical environment.
• Collaborative approach with opticians, technicians and MDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care including routine exams, contact lens fittings, diabetic eye exams and glaucoma management.
• Utilize advanced imaging and testing technologies to deliver precise diagnoses.
• Support a flexible schedule (8–32 hours per week) and deliver patient-centered care across multiple locations.
