Qualifications

• OD degree required or pending.
• Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending).
• Team player with patient-first attitude and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometry including primary and some medical care (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts).
• Prescribe ophthalmic medications and provide pre-/post-operative care.
