Qualifications

• OD degree from anAccredited School of Optometry.
• State license or eligibility to practice optometry in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care and manage ocular disease as needed, within comfort level.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as corneal ulcers, uveitis, red eye, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma.
• Diagnose macular disease, retinal holes and detachments; remove foreign bodies.

Education

Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from anAccredited School of Optometry

State Licensed or will be licensed to practice Optometry in the state in which you will be practicing.
