Eye To Eye Careers in Pewaukee, Wisconsin seeks a Full-Time Optometrist for a Float position. Float between Waukesha, West Bend, and Pewaukee, work 4–5 days with benefits, and earn a $150,000 salary plus bonuses; a $10,000 relocation allowance is included.

You’ll perform primary care with medical billing and set your own 15, 20 or 30 minute exam slots. New grads welcome; malpractice paid; benefits include medical and life insurance, PTO/holiday pay, and CE reimbursement.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Must be licensed to practice optometry.
• Completed NBEO exam or equivalent licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float between multiple offices (Waukesha, West Bend, Pewaukee).
• Provide primary care with medical billing.
• Set patient schedules with 15, 20 or 30 minute exam slots.
