Eyetastic Services in Evansville, IN seeks a licensed optometrist to join a growing practice offering full-scope optometry and comprehensive eye care. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive setting.

Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000–$175,000, plus monthly incentives and a phantom equity component, plus strong benefits and PTO. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in process of obtaining license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
• Base Annual Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
