Associate Optometrist – Target Optical

We are looking for an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical to work as an Associate Optometrist within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist. This role allows you to provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients in a fully furnished office with a complete suite of OD equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide optometric care and services to patients.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Optometrist and practice team.
• Utilize company‑provided equipment and, where available, Revolution EHR software and pre‑testing support.
• Manage appointments and patient recall through automated online systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
