Job summary

Hëda is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our dual-location practice in Goshen and Mishawaka, Indiana. You’ll provide full-scope primary eye care from pediatrics to geriatrics and have the freedom to shape your clinical path within a growing company.

You’ll work with modern technology and a collaborative team, with support to specialize if desired, plus competitive base pay, equity option, retention bonus, student loan reimbursement, health benefits, PTO, and CE reimbursement.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Indiana
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills for patient-centered optometry

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care optometry to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Practice medically with the option to specialize your practice based on clinical interests.
• Utilize modern technology and a supportive staff to deliver personalized eye care.
• Focus on clinical excellence while leveraging provided patient pre-screening and technical support.
• Contribute to a culture that values autonomy, growth, and teamwork across two locations.
