Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join a flexible, independent practice model. This full-time role offers autonomy, a fully equipped office, and the ability to add hours or part-time commitments based on your schedule.

You will work under a subleasing doctor, with compensation and hours negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor, and benefit from Luxottica's national footprint and robust support network.

Qualifications

• Independent Doctor of Optometry with licensure to practice
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments
• Full scope of OD practice with modern equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care and prescribe eyewear
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor in patient care
• Manage patient scheduling using automated appointment/recall system

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
