Eye To Eye Careers in Lexington, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide full-scope optometry including medical eye care in a well-established practice.

This role offers a base salary of $205,000 plus bonuses and a no-weekends schedule. Benefits include a $10k signing bonus, $15k retention bonus after 3 years, 401k, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, malpractice coverage, CE allowance, and membership reimbursements.

Qualifications

Optometrist: $205k Salary + Bonus, $10k Sign On, $15k Retention + No Weekends - Lexington, NC

Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Lexington, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• $205,000 base, or 16% of revenue (whichever is greater);
• $10,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 retention bonus after 3 years

• 3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
  • No weekends!
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Part Time OD’s encouraged to apply as well!

New grads and experienced ODs are encouraged to apply!

All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
