Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a licensed Optometrist for either part-time or full-time schedules in a well-established practice.

The role includes routine eye care and medical optometry with competitive compensation: $90k for 3 days, $120k for 4 days, or $150k for 5 days per year, plus benefits such as 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.

Applicants should have an OD from an accredited school and Colorado licensure readiness.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school required.
• Current state license to practice optometry required or in process.
• Experience in routine eye care and medical optometry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine eye care and medical optometry services.
• Manage patient exams and diagnostic testing (Visual Field, OCT, Optos).
• Contribute to a well-established Fort Collins practice.

We're looking for a part-time or full-time Optometrist to join a well-established, highly regarded practice in Fort Collins, Colorado!

DETAILS

• 3 days per week
  • Thursday & Friday + 2 Saturdays per month
• Option for Full Time
• Routine Eye Care + Medical Optometry
  • 24 exams per day
• Visual Field, OCT, Optos

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Straight Salary
  • 3 days/week - $90,000
  • 4 days/week - $120,000
  • 5 days/week - $150,000
• 4+ days a week qualifies for benefits
