Job summary

Eyetastic Services® in Illinois is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our dynamic team. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you will perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced tools and collaborate with a supportive staff to deliver outstanding patient care.

You will diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribe eyewear and vision therapy when needed, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive eye examinations and manage ocular diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and vision therapy as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on optometry advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough eye examinations to assess vision and eye health.

• Keeping accurate patient records and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of advancements in optometry.
• Providing education to patients on eye health and prevention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Daily Rate: $625 per day
• Productivity incentives

Schedule

• Five days per week with alternating Saturdays
• Approximately 15-20 patients per day, with tech support provided (1‑2 techs depending on volume)
