Eyetastic Services® in Austin, TX, is seeking a licensed optometrist to join our growing practice in a full-time role. You will deliver full-scope optometry, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens services, and LASIK eligibility assessments, in a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
