The Associate Optometrist leads the organization in delivering the brand promise and key results through collaboration and teamwork. Pay Range: $59.75–$83.77 per hour. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Compensation is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Bonuses and commissions may be offered, complementing a first‑class total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
