Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an Independent practice. Work within the Pearle Vision network with a subleasing doctor; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly.

The position offers clinical autonomy and opportunities to deliver high-quality optometric care, with flexible scheduling including part‑time commitments and a fully equipped office with OD equipment and automated patient recall.

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the subleasing doctor.
