Job summary

Acuity Eye Group in California is seeking a well-rounded optometrist for a full-time role. You will contribute to one of California’s largest eye care practices, delivering comprehensive eye care with advanced technology.

You will manage ocular diseases, perform exams for 20–25 patients daily, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. CA Board Certified is required; active California optometry license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering comprehensive eye exams and managing ocular diseases

What you’ll do: As a full-time optometrist, you will manage ocular diseases at a comfortable level for you, such as treating corneal ulcers and uveitis, addressing red eye conditions, diagnosing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma, removing foreign bodies, and identifying macular diseases, retinal holes, and retinal detachments. On a typical day, you can expect to see 20 to 25 patients, all enabled by advanced technology, including a tonometer, phoropter, auto refractor, Snellen chart, retinal camera, ophthalmoscope, OCT scans, and digital retinal imaging.

Minimum Qualifications: CA Board Certified
