An established private optometry practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its growing team. This position offers a $200,000 guaranteed salary with strong production upside, advanced diagnostic technology, and opportunities to develop within a respected private practice.

You will provide comprehensive eye care with a specialty focus, enjoy a supportive clinical team, see about three patients per hour, and benefit from health insurance, a 401(k) with 3% match,

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree required
• New Mexico optometry license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Desire to grow with a private practice long term

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary eye care and treatment
• Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to support diagnosis and care
• Focus on patient experience and outcomes in a private practice setting
• See approximately three patients per hour and manage a schedule Monday–Friday
