Eye To Eye Careers seeks an Optometrist for a Rice Lake, WI practice. This full-time role offers a $150,000 base salary with bonuses, a new-grad incentive, and a $10,000 relocation allowance. You will perform primary eye care with medical billing and set your patient schedule in 15–30 minute slots.

Open to new graduates or experienced ODs; malpractice, medical and life insurance, and CE reimbursement provided; PTO/holidays are included. Licensure in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the United States
• OD degree from an accredited optometry school and NBEO completed

Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care with medical billing
• Set own patient schedule with 15, 20 or 30 minute exam slots
• Open to full-time or part-time optometrists and relocation support included
