Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our team serving residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular disease, and prescribe lenses or medications as needed while delivering compassionate elder care.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD), active state licensure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with facility staff and patients.

Part Time Compensation : $45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit).

Optometrist Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive eye exams.

General Information

• 7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Flexible schedules also available.
• 22-25 patients per visit, preventative care
• Part Time Compensation : $45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit).
