About the Opportunity

First Impressions Optometric Associates is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Optometrist to join our team in Terre Haute, Indiana. This is a full‑time, in‑person position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $65.00 to $75.00, negotiable based on experience.

We offer a generous sign‑on bonus of $15,000, a relocation package of $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, continuing education stipend, and other perks.

Our team handles insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, and all day‑to‑day administration, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

State‑of‑the‑art diagnostic equipment such as optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto‑refraction, and electronic health records are available to support your clinical work. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists assist with patient work‑ups and contact lens fittings.
