Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a part-time Optometrist in Stamford, CT. The role involves performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing ocular conditions, and prescribing lenses or medications as needed. Flex schedules and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule are available, with compensation based on per-patient pay or a percentage of collections.

1 visit per month with 7–8 hours of patient contact plus paperwork; 22–25 patients per visit for preventative care. Active state license and O.D.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and active state license.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics.
• Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

Optometrist – Part Time. Compensation: $50.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit). 1 visit per month. Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Flexible schedules also available.
