Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks Optometrists to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings and treatment to U.S. military service members. Weekend availability is required, with occasional weekday shifts in Wisconsin.

We support health readiness across USAR, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG and USAFR. Responsibilities include refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health. A valid, unrestricted state license is required; weekend availability and military experience

Attention all Optometrists we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions and eyeglass fittings and treatment to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of WI on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include performing refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
• Available for weekends and occasional weekdays
• Passionate, friendly, and caring
• Must have weekend availability
• Experience working with military - preferred
