Job summary

ETS Vision is seeking a Mobile Optometrist to provide routine eye care to residents of assisted living facilities across Sacramento and surrounding communities within a 60-mile radius. You will travel between facilities, perform geriatric eye exams, and enjoy a flexible schedule with $650 per day plus travel reimbursement.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available, typically 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with mileage and gas support and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctor of Optometry degree and an active California optometry license.
• Excellent patient care skills for geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assisted living facilities within the territory to conduct routine comprehensive eye examinations for geriatric patients.
• Part-time and full-time schedules with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Operate with lightweight mobile equipment; training provided.

Mobile Optometrist Opportunity | $650/Day + Travel Reimbursement | Greater Sacramento, CA

An established mobile eye care organization is seeking a full-time or part-time optometrist to provide routine vision care to residents of assisted living facilities throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities within approximately a 60-mile radius. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD looking for flexible scheduling, $650 per day plus travel reimbursement, shorter workdays, and a rewarding patient care environment.

The incoming optometrist will travel between assisted living facilities throughout the assigned territory, providing routine comprehensive eye exams to geriatric patients. Coverage includes Sacramento, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, Stockton, Lodi, Fairfield, Placerville, Auburn, Grass Valley, and surrounding communities.

Additional coverage may include San Andreas, Jackson, Yuba, Williams, and other nearby communities, depending on facility needs.

Lightweight mobile equipment is provided, allowing the optometrist to deliver quality eye care directly to patients without the demands of a traditional office setting.

Schedule & Responsibilities

• Part-time and full-time schedules available
• Monday–Friday, no weekends

Minimum Qualifications
