Optometrist Opportunity | Established Private Practice | Full-Scope Care | Ontario, Oregon

An established, privately owned eye care practice in Ontario, Oregon is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a collaborative environment with advanced technology, strong technician support, and a diverse patient population.

The practice provides a balanced mix of routine and medical eye care, with approximately 50% of patient care focused on medical optometry. The incoming doctor will have the opportunity to manage dry eye disease, pediatric patients, low vision, anterior segment conditions, eyelid lesions, and other ocular disease while collaborating with visiting retina and cataract specialists.

Dedicated technician support allows providers to focus on patient care, with staff handling pretesting, visual acuity, intraocular pressure measurements, and dilation. Doctors typically see approximately four patients per hour while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality care rather than volume.

The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including:

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Typical office hours: 9 AM-5 PM (Tuesday 10-6)
• 4 to 4.5-day workweek
