Job summary

Rendr in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a licensed Doctor of Optometry to join our eye care team. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses while delivering outstanding patient service.

The ideal candidate holds an OD from an accredited program, an active New York license, and is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). This is a full-time on-site role.

Optometrist wanted by Chinatown True Care Medical, PLLC d/b/a Rendr in Brooklyn, NY.

Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation. Diagnose and treat ocular disease. Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids. Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options. Answer questions and provide advice to patients regarding vision and optical issues. Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions. Direct staff and assistant in the development of the overall practice.

Requires: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program and active New York optometry license. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required.

Salary: $157,123.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
