Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active Michigan optometry license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams including refraction, binocular vision, and ocular health assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular disease within scope of practice.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed.
• Co-manage LASIK, cataract, glaucoma, and specialty care cases.
• Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventative eye health.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships and maintain accurate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $135,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Production Bonus: 3% on generated revenue exceeding $600,000, with bonus potential scaling as revenue increases
