The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools and an experienced support team. Responsibilities include eye exams, prescribing lenses and therapies as allowed by NY regulations, and educating patients while maintaining EMR records.

Formación

• OD degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Active optometry license in NY or eligible to obtain one.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills.
• Ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care.

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision conditions and eye diseases.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and, where permitted by state regulations, provide therapeutic treatments.
• Identify potential signs of systemic health conditions through comprehensive eye evaluations.
• Educate patients on eye health, corrective lens options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records using the EMR system.
