Y-Axis is seeking a licensed optometrist to provide full-scope primary eye care in a patient-centered environment in Mesa, AZ. You'll perform comprehensive exams, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and educate patients on eye health.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state where you'll practice.
• Active license or eligible for licensure in Arizona (or location of practice).
