Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a talented Optometrist to join our rapidly growing practice serving residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will perform comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular health to deliver quality eye care.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with typical hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and compensation either per patient at $40-$45 or 35%-40% of collections ($1,050-$1,250 per visit), reflecting productivity and patient volume.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and active state license.

We are currently searching for a talented Optometrist to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal Optometrist is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population.

Optometrist Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular disease.
• Prescribing corrective lenses or eye medications as needed.
• Providing pre and post-operative care to surgical patients.

Optometrist Requirements

General Information

• 7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.
