Mass Optometric Associates is a doctor‑owned, patient‑centric practice delivering comprehensive eye care across Massachusetts. As a full‑time/part‑time optometrist, you will provide clinical services, manage patient care, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice.
Pay range: $125K – $183K yearly, negotiable. Bonus potential: Up to $40K annually. Salary may vary by market.
Eligible bonuses, commissions, or incentives as part of the comprehensive compensation package.
We handle insurance filing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, allowing you to focus on patient care without on‑call or after‑hours work. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology (optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto‑refractor, electronic health records) and support staff (OD technicians, clinical specialists) to deliver optimal eye health.
Provide comprehensive eye examinations and vision‑enhancing solutions for patients of all ages. Handle eye emergencies and collaborate with staff to improve access to healthcare.
