Our highly service oriented optometry practice is looking to hire an optometrist with exceptional people skills. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and desire to make our patients so happy that they can't help but tell their friends how well they were treated. The candidate must absolutely love working with people. We are seeking a team member with genuine enthusiasm and contagious positivity.

We are a privately owned dynamic, fast growing, multi-location (Collingswood, Marlton, and Medford) office providing comprehensive and specialty eye care (Dry Eye, Myopia Management, Scleral and Specialty Contact Lenses, Low Vision and Head Trauma). Our doctors enjoy beautiful office settings with a collaborative and supportive working environment. We have an amazing, well trained staff that includes full technician and administrative support. Our office is fully equipped with leading edge diagnostic and treatment technology including Optos, NeuroLens, Optilight IPL, Lipiflow, OptiPlus Radiofrequency, OptiLift DMSt, OCT with angiography, and much more.

The position includes a base salary with production bonuses, retirement plan with employer match, medical and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, PTO, holiday, and sick time, etc. All employees and doctors enjoy a four day work week (10 Hour Days) and we are not open on weekends!
