Center Street Community Health Center is seeking an Optometrist to join our team and help expand access to quality vision care throughout the communities we serve.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our mission goes beyond providing medical care-we strive to remove barriers to healthcare and improve the health and well-being of the individuals and families in our communities.

This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive eye care while also participating in innovative community-based initiatives, including the Ohio Student Eye Exam (OhioSEE) Program. Through this program, the Optometrist will have the opportunity to provide eye exams to students in participating schools throughout the counties we serve.
