Job summary

Eyetastic Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a dedicated Optometrist, whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, to join a team equipped with cutting-edge technology including Optos and Eye Trust EMR. You will perform thorough eye examinations, diagnose and manage eye diseases, prescribe eyewear and vision therapy as needed, and maintain accurate patient records.

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
