We are seeking Optometrists to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatments for our Military Service members.

This position primarily involves working weekends, with occasional weekdays in Illinois on an "as-needed" basis.

Our services support the medical readiness of the following military branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities: Performing refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in Illinois
• Availability for weekends and occasional weekdays
• Passionate, friendly, and caring attitude
• Experience working with military personnel (preferred)
