Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Optometrists to perform refractions and eyeglass fittings for military service members. The role primarily requires weekend shifts with occasional weekdays, using equipment provided to support service members’ readiness.

The team has three decades of experience with fixed-clinic, mobile deployment, telemedicine, and portable models, dedicated to maintaining deployable health for reserves and Guard units.

Qualifications

• Active optometry license in good standing with MO.
• Weekend availability with some weekdays as needed.
• Experience serving military or paramilitary populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings for service members.
• Utilize equipment provided by DOCS Health for examinations.
• Provide compassionate patient care and referrals when needed.

Attention all Optometrists we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions and eyeglass fittings and treatment to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of __ on an \"as needed basis\".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)


• Army National Guard (ARNG)


• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)


• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)


• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)


• Air National Guard (ANG)


• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include performing refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state


• Available for weekends and occasional weekdays


• Passionate, friendly, and caring


• Must have weekend availability


• Experience working with military - preferred
