Job summary

South Florida Vision in South Florida is seeking an Optometrist to join a premier eye care practice. You’ll perform comprehensive vision exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote preventative eye health through patient education.

This is a full-time or part-time position across multiple clinics in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties. Residency-trained candidates are encouraged to apply, and Spanish language skills will be an asset.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) and active licensed status in the state of practice.
• Clinical practice experience with up-to-date optometric technology and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Specifications

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. license in the state of practice

Clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
