Job summary

Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston is seeking a full-time Optometrist in Danvers, MA. This role offers a competitive compensation package of $135,000–$160,000 annually with a diverse clinical mix that includes routine exams, medical optometry, and surgical co-management.

The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, and prescribe corrective lenses. Medical and dental insurance starts from day one, along with PTO and a 401(k) with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Optometry.
• Active Massachusetts Optometry License (or eligible).
• Residency preferred, not required.

• Co-manage pre- and post-op surgical care.
